O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 11.08.2015, it appears to be a civil dispute, inasmuch as it relates to the investment of money in TVL Express Holidays Private Limited and therefore, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private company. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
