(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 8.

3. This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 and 6 to invoke Goondas Act against one Anbalagan, who is the ninth respondent herein. 4.Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that earlier similar case was entertained by this Court and it was allowed. We do not think it right to do so. Learned counsel for petitioner insisted this Court record his submission. We do so but, without hesitation, dismiss this petition as not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
