The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 11.01.2016.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, in respect of the grievance ventilated by the petitioner in his complaint, dated 11.01.2016.
3. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
