Respondents/ Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court Pudukkottai to dispose the O.S.No.81/2016 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 11.12.2017, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate , Alangudi vide the letter in D. No.234 / 2022 dated 19.03.2022, this Court made the following order: By order dated 11.12.2017, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2016 within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.48/2019 dated 10.01.2019, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further six months' time to comply with the order dated 11.12.2017.

3. Considering the above said reasons, this Court, by order dated 27.02.2019, granted further time of six months to comply with the order dated 11.12.2017.

4. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.234/2022 dated 19.03.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order dated 11.12.2017.

5. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of three months is granted from today to comply with the order dated 11.12.2017.
