2.The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2021, dated 04.03.2021 and to file a final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents states that the second respondent will file the final report within a period of two months.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
