ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.718 of 2012, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police has submitted that on 07.04.2014, the first respondent Police has filed final report, in Crime No.718 of 2012, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with
