ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Nagercoil as against the petitioners herein. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is not ready to argue the matter. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent brought to the knowledge of this Court that already this Court had directed the 2/4

trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.24 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of order i.e., on 20.11.2019. 4.This Court also perused the records and on perusal of records, it is observed that the case is of the year 2018 and already charge sheet was filed in the year 2018 and the trial Court also had taken cognizance and C.C.No. 24 of 2018 was assigned. As per final report there are prima facie materials available to proceed with the case. The grounds raised by the petitioners are to be agitated before the trial Court. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the third respondent and considering the fact that the case is of the year 2018 and as discussed above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
