This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2020. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the third respondent. It is seen that the petitioner had claimed patta for nearly 62 survey numbers and out of the same, patta was granted in the name of the petitioner for 30 survey numbers. What remains is 32 survey numbers, for which, the representation/application made by the petitioner for patta is pending. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is under consideration.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the 3/6

representation/application submitted by the petitioner on 12.03.2020 and take a final decision and pass appropriate orders for issuance of patta with respect to the remaining 32 survey numbers within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any clarification is sought for by the third respondent, the petitioner shall provide the necessary clarification to enable the third respondent to pass final orders.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
