O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for survey of his land situated at Survey No.439/13B at Door No.16-42, Nallur Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that the sale deed produced by the petitioner referring some survey numbers does not tally with the survey numbers referred to in his application seeking for survey. If that is the case of the respondents, it is for them to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's request and communicate the same to him. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's request and communicate the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
