This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property in Survey No.G3-42-6, measuring an extent of 320 sq.ft., of house site and building bearing Door No.34/2.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence there is no question of harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
