Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in ROCA1/36385/2019, dated 10.03.2020 of the District Collector, the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct him to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion panel list, dated 10.03.2020, of the year 2019 as the serial number 15[42(SC)] to the post of Deputy Tahsildhar by considering the respresentation dated 20.03.2020 of the petitioner.
