O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completing the investigation on 02.03.2022, final report has been filed before the concerned Court, in e-filing No.1023 of 2022 and it was returned, since there was no stay. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous. It was submitted that the fourth accused has also filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21420 of 2022 to quash the present FIR. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. In the meantime, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to represent the above said final report before the concerned Court and the trial Court must process the final report as per Rules without returning 2/4
