ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and to the life and limb to the petitioner and petitioner family members on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no representation was received by the respondent police.
3. It appears that the representation would have been given on 27.03.2023 and even without giving breathing time to the second respondent, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the above said relief. It is a too pre-mature stage. The petitioner ought to have waited for some more time and thereafter he ought to have appeared before the second respondent police and co-operated with him to complete the process of investigation.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
