ORDER:- Criminal Revision Case coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.S.Sethuraman, Counsel For State on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of one month, which is already granted by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD) No.705 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that this Court allowed the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C(MD) No.705 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020 with certain conditions. He further submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner has not complied with the condition till date. Therefore, he seeks to extend the time for a period of one month for complying with the condition.
3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition till date and hence, he strongly opposed to grant extension of time.
4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for State that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
