ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 13 and 14 and preserve the school property of Sivakasi Annamalai Nadar Unnamalaiammal Municipal Higher Secondary School, bearing T.S. No. 11/2 with an extent of 12 Acres 19 cents situate at Sivakasi Municipality, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District . 2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submits that in the proceedings passed by the District Revenue Officer/6th respondent herein it is clearly stated that the land bearing T.S.No.11/3 belongs to a private party and it is a patta land.
