This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry with all necessary parties and to furnish the relevant documents to the petitioner prior to conducting the inquiry, pursuant to the summons issued in Na.Ka.No.A6/13149/2022 dated 02.03.2023.

2. Pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that an inquiry was conducted and the proceedings have already been concluded. He has also 2/4

produced the proceedings dated 05.07.2023 to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 05.07.2023 by filing an appeal. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
