PRAYER :- This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in Detention Order in P.D.No.47/2024 dt 19.10.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue Praveen Kumar, S/o.Anburaja, male, aged 32 years who is detained at District Prison, Pudukkottai before this Court.
