It is reported that the sole petitioner died long back. However, no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition to substitute themselves as a party to the writ petition and for restoration. No costs.
