ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of his daughter, namely, Janani, aged about 20 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.The detenue has been produced before this Court by the respondent Police. She has stated that her father ie., the petitioner scolded her, therefore, on 19.03.2023, she left the parental home and stayed at her friend's house in Madurai nearly about 20 days and after coming to know that the petitioner had given a complaint to find out the detenue, she herself had called the petitioner / father and appeared before the respondent Police on 09.04.2023 and given a statement that she would go with her father. 3.The said statement recorded by the respondent Police from the detenue dated 09.04.2023 has also been filed before this Court, which has been accepted by the detenue. The father of the detenue / petitioner is also 2/4

present before this Court and he assured to take care of the detenue hereafter.
