This petition has been filed seeking quashment of impugned FIR in Crime No.67 of 2018 on the file of 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu, submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.67 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Periyur and the same has been taken by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate in C.C.No.10 of 2019 and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
