To Suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in Spl SC No.58/2022 vide judgment dated 29.01.2025 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in Spl SC No.58/2022 vide judgment dated 29.01.2025 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai and to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This is the second petition filed by the petitioners seeking for suspension of sentence. The earlier petition filed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 4635 of 2025 came to be dismissed by an order dated 15.12.2025 as withdrawn. However, on going through the order, it is seen that the Court was not inclined to grant suspension of sentence and at that point of time, the petition was withdrawn. In view of the same, the same has to be construed as dismissed on merits.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
