O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.409 of 2018 which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent officer.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state would submit that investigation has been completed and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further action was dropped on 30.01.2019. On the same day itself RCs notice was also served to the petitioner. A copy of the same was also served on the petitioner before this Court.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
