This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.1 of 2015.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the final report is being filed before the jurisdictional Court for dropping further action in the matter. Crl O.P.(MD)No.6320 of 2021 Prosecutor states that the petitioner can collect the copy of the final report from the fourth respondent tomorrow itself along with the RCS notice.
