ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.14.06.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, in D.No.223/2022-Sessions, dated 09.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:- The learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.108 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.06.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 09.03.2022 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
