ORDER

This petition has been filed for transfer of the case from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli to some other Court, which is pending in CC No.422 of 2013.

2.The allegation made in the affidavit is directed against the attitude of the Judge, while conducting the proceedings. Subsequently, the Judge has been transferred and there is a new Judge, who has taken charge of the above said Court. 3.In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in this petition. There shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in CC No.422 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
