O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition invoking under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed to set aside the fair and executable order dated 14.03.2022 passed in R.C.A.No. 3 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Rent Control Appellate Authority, Tiruchendur hereinafter referred to as the 'First Appellate Court' for short confirming the fair and executable order dated 04.12.2018 passed in R.C.O.P. No. 3 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rent Controller, Tiruchendur (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court' for short).

2.Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned Counsel for the Tenant and Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned Counsel for the landlord and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 3.The findings of the Courts below are only based upon the evidence which does not require any interference by this Court. Consequently, this Court does not find any justification to interfere with the impugned order. 2/4

4.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Trial Court shall execute the decree immediately.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
