This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 91 of 2021 of Palakkarai Police Station, Trichy City and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy in E-filing No.LTN20220001988C202400003.
