ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in New Survey No.277/40 and Old Survey No.277/5A to an extent of 0.171 Ares (4 cents) situated in Pudupatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2020 and 11.06.2020 in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.K.Hemakarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the surveyor has surveyed the petitioner's property. He further submitted that since the petitioner has not satisfied with the survey of his property, he has filed an appeal before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7970 of 2020 first respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader. However, he seeks for a direction to dispose the appeal before the first respondent.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
