ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivanthipatti Police Station and file the final report within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Since the case is pending from the year 2013, this Court called for report from the concerned Magistrate whether charge sheet has been filed or not in Crime No.31 of 2013 dated 03.04.2019 and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, in his reply dated 03.04.2019 has stated that no charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.37 of 2013.

3. Now the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that they are ready with the charge sheet and they are about to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4112 of 2019 final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
