The revision petitioners herein are the defendants in O.S.No.102 of 2011, on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai. The revision petitioners contested the said suit and the suit was decreed on 13.06.2013. The appeal filed against the said judgment and decree, was numbered only in the year 2018. It is posted for arguments on 23.08.2018, before the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.2 of 2018 on or before 07.09.2018. The learned Executing Judge shall keep the proceedings in E.P.No.32 of 2013 on hold, till 17.09.2018.

3. With this direction this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. In view of the nature of relief granted in this Civil Revision Petition, the other side has not been put on notice. No costs.
