O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to any other impartial investigating agency in Crime No.227 of 2018 dated 08.07.2018 on the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in so far as the Crime No.227 of 2018 is concerned they completed investigation and closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the very same petitioner has lodged another complaint for missing of her daughter and the same has been registered in Crime No.223 of 2018 the same is pending for investigation. The aforesaid statement is recorded.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.223 of 2018, within a period of Three (3) months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
