ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 16.05.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the second respondent police on 16.05.2018, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and advised the parties to approach before the appropriate forum to seek their remedy and the petitioner also requested not to prosecute further in the above said complaint. Hence, recording the same, the complaint has been closed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.
