ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been been filed by the petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent herein, for issuing direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of HMOP.No.29 of 2013 and 384 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner / husband has filed HMOP.No.29 of 2013, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, for divorce. Subsequently, the respondent / wife has filed HMOP.No.384 of 2015, before the same Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the long pendency of the cases, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of HMOP.Nos.29 of 2013 and 384 of 2015, pending on its file, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any further adjournment and the parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the above said HMOPs."

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
