Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.102 of 2012, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case, in Crime No.102 of 2012, as mistake of fact and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppattur. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is

closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
