This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.321 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and as well as the learned Counsel for Government of Tamilnadu, submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has also filed before the Committal Court. After committal proceedings, it has been taken cognizance by I Additional District Judger, Tiruchirappalli in S.C.No.134 of 2021. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submissions made by both counsel, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
