ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.11.2015 before the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the petitioner, who appeared in person and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on the ground that the opposite party has initiated insolvency proceedings and the petitioner herein has agreed to move the civil Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed. The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
