2.The petitioner has submitted an appeal petition before the District Collector, Kanyakumari District on 06.03.2020, which was sent by speed post and since the appeal has not been disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this Writ Petition. 3.Since the appeal is a statutory appeal, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 06.03.2020, as expeditiously as possible within a period of six https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
