ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.819 of 2015, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police has submitted that on 14.12.2015, the first respondent Police has filed final report, in Crime No.819 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, and it is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
