RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.M.P.NO.2020 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1711/2018 dated 15/03/2018 in Crime No. 578/2017 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.MADHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.2020 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1711 of 2018, dated 15.03.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
