ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been field to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.29 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the final report has already been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases - II, Thoothukudi, but, it has not been taken on file so far.

3. The above said Court is directed to take the report on file and take cognizance as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he will work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
