The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2172 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 13.02.2026. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 13.02.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2172 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2172 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 18.03.2026 sbn 2/4
