RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a direction, directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint of the 3rd respondent RDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. C. SURESHKANNAN Advocate,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for R1 and R2, the Court made the following order:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is given to understand that the dispute is between the father and the son. The petitioner, the son of the third respondent has already laid a suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in O.S.No.231 of 2017 before the District Munsif Court, Tanjore.

Since this Court senses the possibility for mediated settlement of dispute, this Court directs the petitioner to take private notice on the third respondent returnable by 22.04.2019.

2. The respondent police is directed to step aside from holding any enquiry on the complaint now pending before him. Having said that, the petitioner is directed not to harass his father in the meantime.

3. Post the matter on 22.04.2019.
