Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's husband, namely Selvarajan, son of Alagar, aged about 42 years before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of one Selvarajan, has filed the Habeas Corpus Petition to produce her husband, namely, Selvarajan, before this Court.

2.Mr.N.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the said Selvarajan is in the judicial custody and was remanded on 15.06.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.
