PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry frequently. For Petitioners : No appearance For Respondent No.1 : Mr.K. Suyambulinga Bharathi Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

The matter already referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and it was failed. The parties could not able to arrive amicable settlement.

3. Now, the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent is pending with the file of the first respondent.

4. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the counter parties and conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
