ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2019, seeking for correction of the alleged wrong entries in the patta issued in favour of the petitioner and his family members in respect of the S.Nos.499/3, 633/18, 643/10, 645/1 and 643/4, totally measuring 04 Acre and 32 Cents of Vaigainallur South Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2.The petitioner claims that there is a wrong entry in the patta issued in favour of the petitioner and his family members for the aforementioned property. In such circumstances, he has given a representation on 23.03.2019, to the second respondent, requesting for rectification. Since the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent, if the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2019, seeking for correction of the alleged wrong entries in the patta issued in favour of himself and his family members for the aforementioned property, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2019, seeking for correction of the alleged wrong entries in the patta standing in his name and the name of his family members for the property comprised in S.Nos.499/3, 633/18, 643/10, 645/1 and 643/4, totally measuring 04 Acre and 32 Cents of Vaigainallur South Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
