ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to monitor the investigation of F.I.R.No.377 of 2021 dated 04.04.2021 on the file of the fourth respondent investigating by the second respondent. 1/3

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 13.03.2021, the respondent Nos.5 and 6 along with more than 17 persons trespassed into the house of the petitioner and assaulted her. Therefore, she made a complaint before the fourth respondent. But, till now, the fourth respondent has not taken any action. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, the complaint was closed as mistake of fact on 26.04.2021 and R.C.S notice has been served on the petitioner on 17.06.2021.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before the concerned Court.

6. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
