The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 08.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that there are two cases against the petitioner in Crime Nos.532 of 2015 and 18 of 2016. Whileso, as a counter blast, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner herein has lodged the present complaint against the

opposite parties, which does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent Police to register a case. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
