This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry, based on the third respondent's complaint, dated 26.04.2021.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed the same on 06.05.2021 as 'civil in nature'.
