This Writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, requesting the transfer of the petitioner's husband from Cuddalore Central Prison to Trichy Central Prison.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Public Prosector appearing for the respondents submitted that the authorities had considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same, vide proceedings dated 02.04.2025. Since the representation has already been considered and disposed of, nothing survives to issue a writ of Mandamus.
