PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen that the petitioners 10 and 12 have been arrested. Therefore this petition has become infructuous as far as petitioners 10 and 12 are concerned.

2.The other petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 143, 353, 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.77 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 submitted that the co-accused have already grated anticipatory bail in this case.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Tirunelveli, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 5.The petitioners 1 to 9, 11 and 13 to 22 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
